Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic safety-minded individuals to join our operations team as Forklift Operators, a vital role that keeps production running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

You will load & unload with precision, operate forklifts, follow safety protocols, sort pallets, maintain pace, stay clean, and lift up to 70 lbs in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Prior forklift experience is preferred, but training is available.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred, but training is available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and standard warehouse equipment.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort & support hand sort pallets based on product specs.
• Keep production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Stay clean and organized; maintain a safe workspace.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
