Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training can be provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain zero incidents.
• Sort pallets according to product specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Lift and move loads up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
