Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded individuals to join our operations team as Forklift Operators. You will move materials, load and unload trailers, and support production while following strict safety standards.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience (training available) and can work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with opportunities for certification and advancement within our growing company.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training is available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with forklifts to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols to achieve zero incidents.
• Sort pallets and ensure product quality.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
