Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Redlands, CA distribution center. You will transport palletized product, operate material handling equipment, and use RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracy across the site.

The role requires safety compliance, PPE usage, and the ability to read distribution documents in English. Cross-training and backup support are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience required in lieu of high school diploma.
• Intermediate experience with either a high reach or counterbalance required.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport palletized product within the distribution center (unload, put away double deep, bulk and full pallet pick, load, replenishment).
• Operate material handling equipment, including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker.
• Use RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site.
• Ensure product integrity while performing all tasks.
• Follow site safety procedures, including required PPE (safety vest, safety shoes).
• Cross train and become knowledgeable in other areas. Provide backup support when required.
