Job summary

BD is hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Redlands, CA to transport palletized products and support warehouse operations. You will operate MHE including high reach and counterbalance equipment, use RF scanners and Manhattan WMS to ensure inventory accuracy, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (or 1 year of relevant experience) and the ability to obtain forklift certification quickly.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required or 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience with high-reach or counterbalance forklifts preferred.
Experience with Manhattan WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

Transport palletized product within the distribution center (unload, put away double deep, bulk and full pallet pick, load, replenishment).
Operate material handling equipment, including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker.
Use RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site.
Ensure product integrity while performing all tasks.
Follow site safety procedures, including required PPE (safety vest, safety shoes).
Cross train and become knowledgeable in other areas.
Provide backup support when required.
