Job summary

BD in the United States (Redlands, CA) seeks a warehouse associate to transport palletized product within the distribution center, unload and put away pallets, and perform bulk and single‑item picks. You will operate high reach and counterbalance equipment, use RF scanners, and adhere to safety procedures in a fast‑paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain forklift certification quickly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience, required in lieu of High School Diploma or GED.
• Intermediate experience with either a high reach or counterbalance required.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport palletized product within the distribution center (unload, put away double deep, bulk and full pallet pick, load, replenishment).
• Operate material handling equipment, including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker.
• Use RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site.
• Ensure product integrity while performing all tasks.
• Follow site safety procedures, including required PPE (safety vest, safety shoes).
• Cross train and provide backup support when required.
