A-Line Staffing Solutions in Redlands, CA is seeking a motivated Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator for a full-time, on-site role. You will move product within the distribution center using an RF scanner and a WMS to ensure accurate inventory while following safety procedures.

The contract position may convert to permanent based on attendance and performance; benefits after probation and a stable evening shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Competenze

• Stand-Up Reach forklift experience required.

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator. This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).

Details and Compensation

Location: Redlands, CA 92374 - 100% on-site

Payrate: $21.00/hr

Required Availability: Full-Time | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Summary and Highlights

The Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving product throughout the distribution center, including loading/unloading, put-away, replenishment, and staging. This role uses an RF scanner and warehouse management system (WMS) to maintain inventory accuracy while preventing product damage and following site safety procedures. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments using the WMS Transport palletized product throughout the distribution center (unload, put-away, bulk/full pallet pick, load, replenishment)
• Locate and retrieve products and replenish picking locations as needed
• Use RF scanner/WMS to track product movement and support inventory accuracy
• Report inventory or shipping/receiving discrepancies when identified
• Handle pallets carefully to promote safety and prevent product damage
• Cross-train and assist in other warehouse areas as needed to support operations

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 2+ years of stand-up reach forklift experience (required)
• Slip-sheet operation experience (required)
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents in English
• Comfortable using an RF scanner and basic computer systems
• Ability to obtain forklift certification (as required by site)
