Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Redlands, CA is seeking a Forklift Operator with reach truck experience for a 12‑month contract on W2. Work 40 hours per week on the 2nd shift (2pm–10:30pm) at a Medical Devices distribution site.

You will load and unload shipments using the WMS, operate MHE including reach, order picker, and counterbalance forklifts, use an RF scanner, report discrepancies, and keep safety as a priority. A HS diploma or GED is required; forklift certification must be obtainable quickly.

Responsibilities

Job Description -

• Experience with multiple types of MHE - order pickers, reach trucks and counterbalance.
• The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate loading and unloading of products within the distribution center.

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

• Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS.
• Report discrepancies between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents.
• Ensure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes damage.
• Locates and retrieves products as well as replenishes picking locations.
• Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.

Job Summary

• Transport palletized product within the distribution center (unload, put away double deep, bulk and full pallet pick, load, replenishment)
• Operate material handling equipment, including high reach, counterbalance, electric pallet jack, and dock stocker.
• Use RF Scanner and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy and track products throughout the site.
• Ensure product integrity while performing all tasks.
• Follow site safety procedures, including required PPE (safety vest, safety shoes).
• Cross train and become knowledgeable in other areas. Provide backup support when required.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience, required in lieu of High School Diploma or GED.
• Intermediate experience with either a high reach or counterbalance required.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS, preferred.
