Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator 1 to load and unload goods in our Redlands, CA distribution center. You will use the WMS, operate various MHE, and maintain inventory accuracy with RF scanning.

The role requires slipsheet experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain forklift certification shortly after starting. Expect safety-driven procedures and teamwork in a dynamic warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Slipsheet operation experience required.
• Experience with multiple types of MHE (order pickers, reach trucks, and counterbalance).
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.

Responsibilities

• Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS.
• Report discrepancies between inventory count and shipping/receiving documents.
• Ensure loading/unloading promotes safety and minimizes damage.
• Locate and retrieve products and replenish picking locations.
• Back up other warehouse positions as needed; learn responsibilities of peers.
