Job summary

Becton Dickinson (BD) is hiring a Forklift Operator to support warehouse and material distribution operations. The role involves receiving, moving, storing, and shipping product using forklifts and RF scanners, while following GMP and GDP procedures.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of MHE and RF scanning experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1 year relevant work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating MHE (reach trucks) with training and certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using an RF scanner.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks and intercompany/vendor shipments.
• Load outbound trucks and off-site warehouse shipments.
• Retrieve products and replenish picking locations using FEFO.
• Move pallets safely on the dock and stack/transfer as needed.
• Maintain GMPs and GDPs in the work area.
