Job summary

Performance Food Group (PFG) is seeking a Forklift Operator, Formula, at our Utah distribution center. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck to move goods, stock inventory, and support the efficient flow of products through the distribution process.

Responsibilities include safety-compliant operation, data entry, and maintaining productivity and accuracy per location standards. This role requires a High School diploma, willingness to work overtime, and ability to lift heavy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and required overtime.
• Able to lift 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move goods and load inventory.
• Locate proper slots on storage racks and replenish pick slots.
• Conduct temperature and quality checks on items and report issues.
• Ensure safety and GMP adherence; perform daily safety checks.
• Complete paperwork and housekeeping duties; secure equipment at shift end.
