Job summary

ALPLA Group in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving and inventory processes. You will collaborate with Drivers, prepare finished products for shipment, and ensure accuracy and safety in daily operations.

Ideal candidates have general warehousing or distribution experience, basic computer skills, and a safety-conscious mindset. The role offers hands-on training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a global sustainability leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Experience with Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery preferred.
• Safety awareness and quality consciousness.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Part of customer service to ensure shipping on time.
• Daily communication with Drivers.
• Preparing finished product to ship to customer.
• Adheres to performance standards in quality and quantity (Checking for damages as well as count).
• Following warehouse receiving and shipping procedures Accurately.
• Accurately records and stores raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse.
• Accurately handles and records all corrugated and plastic packaging products from receipt to storage and then to production.
• Use of Scanners.
• Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices like forklift and dock doors safety check lists.
