Job summary

ALPLA Florence Plant in Florence, KY is hiring a Warehouse Associate to prepare finished products for shipment, ensure quality standards, and support efficient warehouse operations. You will follow warehouse procedures, record finished goods, handle corrugated materials, maintain housekeeping, and work a 12-hour (2-2-3) shift rotation from 6 PM to 6:30 AM, contributing to a safe, productive team.

Experience in general warehousing or manufacturing, forklift operation, and a strong safety mindset

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery.

Responsibilities

• Preparing finished product to ship to customer.
• Adheres to performance standards in quality and quantity.
• Following warehouse and shipping procedures.
• Accurately records and stores finished goods in the warehouse.
• Accurately handles and records all corrugated products from receipt to storage and then to production.
• Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

Schedule: 6 PM to 6:30 AM on a (2-2-3) rotation, 12-hour shifts

• Preparing finished product to ship to customer
• Adheres to performance standards in quality and quantity (Checking for
  damages as well as count)
• Following warehouse and shipping procedures
• Accurately records and stores finished goods in the warehouse
• Accurately handles and records all corrugated products from receipt to
  storage and then to production
• Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse

What Makes You Great

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution
• Experience with Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery
