Job summary

ALPLA Saint Peters Plant is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help ensure on-time shipping and accurate handling of finished goods. You will participate in receiving, storage, and production transfer, maintain housekeeping, and support safety practices across the warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes experience in warehousing or manufacturing, use of forklift equipment, and a commitment to safety and quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Experience with Forklift/Clamp Truck machinery preferred.
• Safety awareness and quality consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Part of customer service to ensure shipping on time.
• Preparing finished product to ship to customer.
• Adheres to performance standards in quality and quantity (Checking for damages as well as count).
• Following warehouse receiving and shipping procedures.
• Accurately records and stores raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse.
• Accurately handles and records all corrugated and plastic packaging products from receipt to storage and then to production.
• Ensures good housekeeping within the warehouse.
• Ensure adherence to all safety practice like forklift and dock doors safety check lists; PPE usage; report unsafe conditions; follow golden safety rules.

Main Responsibilities:

What Makes You Great
