Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a dependable team member to safely operate a forklift and move concrete products in a busy manufacturing environment. You will load, stage, and organize yard stock, verify shipping documents, and assist with form and mold preparation.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, forklift training, and at least one year of forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass internal forklift training program.
• At least one year of forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Load, stage and yard finished goods in plant floor and outdoor yard.
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
• Safely load and unload product from flat beds and box trailers.
• Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and delivery docs.
• Perform routine forklift maintenance.
• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
