Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a forklift operator to support our indoor and outdoor manufacturing operations. You will safely move precast concrete products, load deliveries, and assist with general site tasks in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

The role requires forklift experience and the ability to follow procedures, read simple instructions, and lift up to 40 lbs. Training, safety protocols, and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass internal forklift training program.
• At least 1 year forklift experience moving weights up to 20,000 lbs preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically.

Responsibilities

• Load, stage and yard finished goods in plant floor and outdoor yard.
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
• Safely load and unload product from flat beds and box trailers.
• Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance on forklift.
• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Other duties as needed.
