Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a forklift operator to work in a rugged 50+ acre outdoor manufacturing environment. The role requires operating a forklift and production machinery while adhering to safety rules in a fast-paced facility.

The successful candidate will load bins, verify product mix and quantity, read specifications, and assist with setup to meet production deadlines. A high school diploma or GED or equivalent manufacturing experience is required, with the ability to lift up to

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Must pass internal certification program.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader and/or forklift and production machinery safely.
• Load bins for production ensuring correct mix and quantity.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Read job specs to determine machine adjustments and material needs.
• Assist machine operators to set up machines and meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
