Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a hands-on team member to support the production and movement of precast concrete products in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include loading, staging, and yard organization, plus operating heavy equipment safely to move forms and products.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift training, and at least one year of forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass internal forklift training program.
• At least one year of forklift experience moving weights of 20,000 lbs preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Load, stage and yard finished goods in plant floor and outdoor yard.
• Organize product on the yard according to inventory procedures.
• Safely load and unload product from flat beds and box trailers.
• Validate packing slips, ship tickets, and other delivery documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance on forklift.
• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
