Job summary

CTK USA INC is seeking skilled forklift drivers for our California warehouse. You will operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts to load/unload, stage, and stock inventory, ensuring safe and efficient fulfillment operations.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset. Training will certify qualified candidates, with OT opportunities during peak periods and a focus on keeping aisles and equipment organized.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current forklift certification preferred; training will certify.
• Prior forklift or warehouse experience preferred (1+ years).
• Comfortable working at heights and in narrow aisles.
• Able to sit, stand, twist, and look up/behind repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work scheduled shifts (including OT).

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and/or reach forklifts to move pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers.
• Transport product to and from receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
• Stack and store pallets safely in racking, including at height.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory placement and support cycle counts.
• Follow all safety protocols, including pedestrian right-of-way and load capacity limits.
• Keep aisles, staging areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Work with a scanner/handheld device to confirm pick, put-away, and transfer tasks.

This role is great for someone with steady hands, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong safety mindset.
