Job summary

CTK USA INC in Canada is seeking skilled forklift drivers to move product throughout our warehouse. You will operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts to load, unload, and stage inventory while following safety protocols and quality procedures.

The role requires reliability, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort in heights and narrow aisles. Certification is preferred and training will be provided. OT may be available during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current forklift certification preferred; will certify qualified candidates during training.
• Prior forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred (+1 years)
• Comfortable working at heights and in narrow aisles
• Able to sit, stand, twist, and look up/behind repeatedly throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts (including OT during peak periods)

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and/or reach forklifts to move pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers.
• Transport product to and from receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
• Stack and store pallets safely in racking, including at height.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory placement and support cycle counts.
• Follow all safety protocols, including pedestrian right-of-way and load capacity limits.
• Keep aisles, staging areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Work with a scanner/handheld device to confirm pick, put-away, and transfer tasks.
