We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Stand Up Forklift Driver to join our manufacturing warehouse team. Your work will support production operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and maintain an organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and production areas

• Move raw materials to production lines and transport finished goods to storage or shipping areas

• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers in compliance with OSHA safety standards

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control

• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory and update records accurately

• Perform routine pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure safe operation and report maintenance needs

• Stack, organize, and store materials properly to maintain a clean and efficient workspace

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

• Valid forklift certification

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping and receiving procedures, and inventory control

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred

• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards

• Ability to safely lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment inspection and troubleshooting is a plus
