Job summary

CTK USA INC is seeking skilled forklift drivers to move product throughout the warehouse. You will operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts, load/unload trailers, and transport goods between receiving, storage, and shipping areas.

Applicants should have safety awareness, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working in heights and narrow aisles. Training will certify qualified candidates, with OT during peak periods as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current forklift certification preferred; will certify during training.
• Prior forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred (+1 years).
• Comfortable working at heights and in narrow aisles.
• Able to sit, stand, twist, and look up/behind repeatedly.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts (including OT during peak periods).

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and/or reach forklifts to move pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers.
• Transport product to and from receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
• Stack and store pallets safely in racking, including at height.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory placement and support cycle counts.
• Follow all safety protocols, including pedestrian right-of-way and load capacity limits.
• Keep aisles, staging areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Work with a scanner/handheld device to confirm pick, put-away, and transfer tasks.

This role is great for someone with steady hands, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong safety mindset.
