Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking a Production Specialist/Receiving in Minnesota to operate receiving and bulk loading equipment, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold quality and food safety standards.

You will work with management and production teams to maintain efficient operations, verify ingredient sequencing, and ensure compliance with company policies while supporting safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred or able to obtain.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) required.
• Proficient reading, writing and communication in English.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor receiving and bulk loading equipment to maximize production efficiency.
• Maintain and report equipment issues to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Verify ingredient sequencing to support production and compliance.
• Complete daily production and receiving records accurately and timely.
• Inspect delivery units for cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Assist with positioning bulkhead dividers and proper connections to tractors.
• Provide backup support for other plant positions during absences or high workload.
• Maintain forklift certification and operate forklifts safely as required.
• Participate in safety huddles and meetings, seeking safety improvements.
• Attend staff meetings and training related to Quality, Food Safety, Lean Manufacturing, and customer service.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas in line with policies.
• Notify supervisors of any product/process issues to prevent quality problems.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
