Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to execute daily shipping and receiving activities, verify items, and prepare domestic and international shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.

The role collaborates with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Customer Service to support on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and efficient manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related shipping/receiving experience
• Solid experience with Word and Excel required
• SyteLine and/or ERP system experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, part numbers, packaging, and documentation against POs and packing slips
• Identify discrepancies, damaged material, missing documentation, and nonconforming receipts for timely resolution
• Perform receiving, inventory movement, and ERP entry with complete traceable records
• Prepare finished goods and customer orders for shipment with proper packaging, labels, and carrier requirements
• Process domestic and international shipments with UPS, FedEx, and other approved carriers
• Maintain orderly receiving, stockroom, and shipping areas in line with safety and housekeeping standards
