Job summary

Standard Motor Products is seeking an Equipment Operator to support shipping, receiving, and picking at our Minnesota facility. You will operate battery-powered forklifts, count inventory, and ensure accurate handling of products according to SOPs.

You will verify quantities, document movements, maintain equipment safety, and uphold OSHA/SDS standards while collaborating with team to meet output and quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound shipments using battery-powered forklift.
• Unload inbound shipments and replenish storage areas.
• Pick orders and stage for dispatch.
• Verify products meet quality standards and document discrepancies.
• Maintain equipment and report faults; ensure forklift certification.
• Comply with safety rules and OSHA/SDS standards.
