Job summary

Brenntag Great Lakes, LLC is hiring a Production Operator in Minnesota to safely handle liquid and dry chemicals, mix and load products, and maintain accurate inventory records. The role requires forklift operation, strict adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position involves loading/unloading trucks, tankers, and railcars, labeling and repackaging materials, and collaborating with lab personnel for quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or US military experience.
• Possess or able to pass Forklift Operators certification.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out detailed and simple instructions in English; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to learn and operate technology-based devices (phones, tablets, computers, PLCs, OT equipment).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment to produce blended, diluted, and manufactured final products safely and efficiently.
• Receive/unload and load liquids and dry chemicals from/to trucks, tankers, and railcars; verify against docs and report discrepancies.
• Operate powered and manual forklifts (with certification) and maintain daily forklift checklist.
• Repackage products into proper containers with correct labeling and storage per regulations.
• Maintain accurate receiving/shipping logs and assist in physical inventory counts.
• Perform general warehouse duties and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
