Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or lead role in receiving, warehouse or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of receiving procedures and inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and barcode scanners.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the receiving team to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and enforce receiving procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and PO conformity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper storage of received goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure safety regulations and best practices in the receiving area.
• Provide training and guidance to receiving associates.
• Seek opportunities to improve receiving processes and optimize workflow.
• Maintain records of received shipments, including damages or discrepancies.
• Monitor KPIs related to receiving and implement corrective actions.
