• Performs load-building by assessing weight, placement, and vehicle capacity for safe hauling.
• Moves materials within storage/yard using hand truck, electric dolly, forklift or other device.
• Reads work orders or follows instructions to determine materials to be moved or loaded.
• Adheres to safety procedures and attends safety meetings; may suggest safety improvements.
