Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified)

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and connecting them with the right associates
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork
• May be assigned other duties to support the business needs
