Qualifications

• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck is required; must be obtained if not already certified.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right items and associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks and report safety concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
