Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and safety. You will validate orders, answer questions, and connect customers with the right associates to ensure an excellent shopping experience.

The role requires operating certified powered equipment and maintaining inventory accuracy, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and customer-first service across busy retail floors.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by validating orders and guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certified powered equipment safely.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, and locker management while reporting concerns.
