The ideal candidate will guide technicians, develop proposals, and build lasting relationships with past clients while identifying opportunities for additional services and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in service management and leading a small team.
• Ability to diagnose homeowner concerns and propose practical solutions.
• Comfort discussing pricing and closing small service projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet with homeowners to assess concerns and recommend solutions.
• Sell and price Forever Home Care projects.
• Grow recurring revenue through seasonal maintenance agreements.
• Build long-term relationships with Sun Design clients.
• Develop scopes of work and prepare proposals.
• Order materials and coordinate subcontractors.
• Supervise and mentor a Home Services Technician.
• Identify remodeling opportunities and refer to sales team.
