• 3+ years of customer service or client-facing experience required.
• Experience in residential construction, property management, or homebuilding preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between assigned communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service across new residential communities.
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowner service needs and escalations.
• Evaluate requests, determine coverage eligibility, and identify root causes.
• Coordinate and supervise trade partners ensuring resolution of all work.
