Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years experience on electric utility projects preferred.
• ISA Arborist certification within 1 year.
• Ability to identify local trees and growth rates.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Customer service oriented with GIS/data skills.
• Experience with data collection devices and GIS software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages work group process with client’s representative.
• Leads Utility Pre-Inspectors; coordinates schedules and tasks.
• Performs emergency response duties per safety rules and laws.
• Maintains contact with client operating personnel.
• Maintains relationships with public agencies and tree-trimming contractors.
• Resolves customer complaints timely and courteously.
• Participates in public presentations and meetings as required.
• Performs other duties as directed by client representative.
