Job summary

ACRT Pacific, LLC is seeking a Supervising Pre-Inspector in California to oversee Utility Pre-Inspectors and field crews. The role involves inspections, audits, safety compliance, and coordination between clients, crews, and customers.

Responsibilities include directing schedules, leading a team, and ensuring adherence to safety requirements, laws, and regulations. Candidates should have forestry-related education and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Become ISA Certified Arborist within one year.
• Ability to identify local trees and knowledge of growth rates.
• High level of communication and organization skills.
• Experience with data collection devices and GIS software desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manages work group process by working with client's representative.
• Serves as team leader for Utility Pre-Inspectors, coordinating schedules and assigning work.
• Performs duties for emergency response in accordance with safety requirements, laws, regulations and labor laws.
• Maintains contact with the local client operating personnel.
• Resolves customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
• Participates in public presentations and meetings as required.
