Job summary

ACRT Pacific, LLC. seeks a Supervising Pre-Inspector in Bishop, CA. The role oversees Utility Pre-Inspectors and field crews, coordinating schedules and ensuring safety and compliance across inspections and audits.

The position requires forestry or related education, strong communication, and GIS/data collection experience. A safety-sensitive role with flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed, is offered with indoor-office emphasis and outdoor field components.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2-years minimum experience working on electric utility projects preferred.
• Become ISA Certified Arborist within one year.
• Ability to identify local trees and knowledge of growth rates.
• High level of communication and organization skills required.
• High level of Customer Service skills required.
• Experience working with data collection devices and GIS software desired.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, organized, production oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in varied terrain and inclement weather with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manages work group process by working with client's representative.
• Serves as team lead for Utility Pre-Inspectors, coordinating schedules and assigning work.
• Performs all duties for emergency response in line with safety requirements and laws.
• Maintains direct contact with client operating personnel as directed by client.
• Maintains relationships with public agencies in the assigned area.
• Maintains relations with the client's tree-trimming contractor in the area.
• Resolves customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
• Participates in public presentations and meetings as required.
• Performs other work as directed by the client representative.
