Job summary

ACRT Pacific, LLC is seeking a seasoned Supervising Pre-Inspector to oversee Utility Pre-Inspectors and field crews. The role emphasizes leadership, safety compliance, and coordination with client representatives across indoor and outdoor environments.

The ideal candidate has forestry-related education, ISA Arborist credentials, and strong communication skills to manage schedules, audits, and contractor performance in a safety-sensitive setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2-years minimum experience on electric utility projects preferred.
• Become ISA Certified Arborist within one year.
• Ability to identify local trees and knowledge of growth rates.
• High level of communication and organization skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and GIS software.

Responsibilities

• Manages work group process by working with client’s representative.
• Serves as team leader for Utility Pre-Inspectors, coordinating schedules and assigning work.
• Performs all necessary duties for emergency response in accordance with safety requirements and laws.
• Maintains direct contact with client operating personnel as directed by the client representative.
• Maintains relationships with public agencies and the client’s tree-trimming contractor.
• Resolves customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
