Job summary

ACRT Pacific in Lancaster, CA, is seeking a Supervising Utility Pre-Inspector to lead field crews, coordinate schedules and ensure safety and compliance on electric utility projects. The role requires forestry/arboriculture background, ISA Arborist certification within one year, and strong communication skills.

You will supervise Pre-Inspectors, liaise with clients, manage data collection, and help ensure maps and GIS data accuracy while maintaining high service standards in varied outdoor

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years minimum experience on electric utility projects preferred.
• Become ISA Certified Arborist within one year.
• Ability to identify local trees and knowledge of growth rates.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Valid Driver License and ability to drive a 4x4 vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manages work group process by working with client’s representative.
• Serves as team leader for Utility Pre-Inspectors, coordinating schedules and assigning work.
• Performs all duties for emergency response in safety compliance.
• Maintains relationships with client and public agencies in the area.
• Supervises data collection and GIS mapping contributions.
• Acts as liaison between client, tree-trimming contractor and field crews.
