ACRT Pacific, LLC is seeking a Supervising Pre-Inspector to lead Utility Pre-Inspectors and supervise tree clearance crews. This full-time role emphasizes safety, inspections, and client coordination in California.

The position involves substantial field work and indoor reporting, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have forestry/arboriculture education and progressive inspection/leadership experience, with ISA certification pursued within one year.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 2+ years experience on electric utility projects preferred.
• ISA Arborist certification in 1 year or study plan.
• Ability to identify local trees and growth rates.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Pre-Inspectors and maintains crew schedules.
• Acts as liaison between client, crews and customers.
• Performs inspections, audits and monitors contractor performance.
• Ensures compliance with safety requirements and laws.
• Maintains contact with client personnel and reports progress.
