Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced insurance claims Manager to lead complex engagements and advise clients on property, business interruption and cyber losses. You will work with forensic accountants, attorneys, risk managers, brokers, and insurers to drive claim strategies from loss assessment through resolution.

You will oversee analyses, mentor staff, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while traveling to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, risk management, insurance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance claims, forensic accounting, dispute advisory, consulting, or related field.
• Experience managing complex commercial insurance claims or insurance-related consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of property damage, business interruption, extra expense, cyber, builder's risk, or other commercial insurance claims.
• Experience supervising engagement teams and reviewing work products.
• CPA, CFA, CFE designation or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level audiences.
