Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced insurance claims Manager to lead complex engagements across property, BI, cyber, and other commercial losses. You will guide teams, develop claim strategies, and collaborate with clients, brokers, and insurers to drive outcomes.

Travel to client sites and in-office presence are expected; you will mentor staff and manage engagement economics while delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, risk management, insurance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance claims, forensic accounting, dispute advisory, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex commercial insurance claims or insurance-related consulting engagements.
• Strong understanding of property damage, BI, cyber, or other commercial insurance claims.
• Experience supervising engagement teams and reviewing work products.
• CPA/CFA/CFE or similar designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial insurance claims engagements and advise clients through loss resolution.
• Manage analysis, preparation, and submission of claim submissions with insurer scrutiny.
• Oversee engagement teams and mentor staff while managing timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, insurers, adjusters, and attorneys across multifaceted claims.
