The Trade Supervisors (Foremen) are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of skilled trade workers—including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, welders, and others—to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This position ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies and maintains effective project schedules and resource allocation.
Secret Clearance required.
5 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a facilities management discipline.
Demonstrated supervisory and technical expertise in facility O&M or construction trades.
