Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Orlando is seeking an Inventory Recovery Specialist to manage delinquent mortgage and maintenance accounts through foreclosure stages, conduct title searches, and validate chain of ownership.

You will prepare and e-record legal documents, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with vendors and attorneys, and maintain data integrity across multiple systems while working four days a week at the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (desired).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Timeshare and/or Title related experience (2+ years desired).
• Florida Title Agent license desired but not required.
• Ability to organize and analyze data.
• Ability to accurately type 50 wpm.
• Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing.
• Flexible to work outside of departmental operating hours.
• This position requires you to work at the corporate office in Orlando 4 days a week (Mon–Thu).

Responsibilities

• Conduct title searches to ensure proper chain of title.
• Prepare legal documentation for foreclosure stages.
• Coordinate with vendor/attorney to meet timelines.
• Identify document deficiencies and communicate corrective actions.
• Track and adhere to foreclosure guidelines and recording requirements.
• Maintain data integrity in multiple tracking structures.
• Navigate HIVC systems and verify reporting accuracy.
• Provide backup support to other team members.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
