• Review, research, and cure issues appearing on title to real property for Texas.
• Review and research deceased borrowers for potential heirs and probate.
• Perform pre and post foreclosure curative for various types of liens, manufactured homes, and deceased borrowers.
• Communicates curative action and results to clients using various systems.
• Performs all other duties as requested.
