Job description

WORK SCHEDULE:

In office - Normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and overtime as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Title curative for pre and post foreclosure properties in Texas.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Review, research, and cure issues appearing on title to real property for the state of Texas.
  • Review and research deceased borrowers for potential heirs and/or probate.
  • Performs pre and post foreclosure curative for various types of liens, manufactured homes, and deceased borrowers.
  • Communicates curative action and results to clients using various systems.
  • Performs all other duties as requested.
