Job summary

Auction.com is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist I to coordinate foreclosure sale activities across the portfolio, ensuring on-time, compliant execution. The role requires in-office work and involves data validation, attorney/trustee coordination, and reporting duties.

The candidate should have advanced Excel, strong organizational and communication skills, and at least 2 years of foreclosure knowledge. Attainable benefits include a comprehensive package and annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
• Able to analyze complex documents and provide feedback on processes.
• Professional interaction with management, colleagues and clients.
• Maintain information with high confidentiality.
• Foreclosure knowledge preferred (2+ years).
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and with team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sale scheduling and instructions for foreclosure assets.
• Work with Auction Day staff to ensure accurate sale instructions.
• Process and validate auction day sale instructions.
• Follow up on pending sale instructions for auctioneering and results.
• Monitor and manage shared Auction Day and Future Sales inboxes.
• Manage sales dashboards to schedule sales.
• Complete ADC Compliance Courses within Dayforce.
• Act as coverage when others are out of the office.
• Comply with company values and guiding principles.
• Support surrounding departments with day-to-day reconciliation functions.
• Be the main POC for Foreclosure Attorneys/Trustees.
