Job summary

Auction.com is recruiting a Transaction Specialist I to drive offers from contract to closing. You will manage communications with buyers, agents, lenders, and closing partners while ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation in our systems.

The role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Base pay is hourly with an annual bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Move offers to closing per KPI timelines.
• Document delays and update stakeholders.
• Maintain records in Salesforce or designated systems.
• Handle calls with buyers, agents, lenders, and closing companies.
• Assist with buyer communications for offers under contract.
• Resolve escalations and document actions taken.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to remove blockers.
• Support reporting on transaction performance and closing timelines.
• Review data for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation.
