Job summary

McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP is seeking a detail-oriented professional to monitor foreclosure-related messages and processes on client sites, updating and responding as needed. The role acts as a liaison between clients and foreclosure operations to ensure project momentum.

You will work on client site processes through all stages of foreclosure, manage documentation, report status, and communicate findings to management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred but not required
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a foreclosure firm or default department of a bank
• Law Firm experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Under Limited supervision update general foreclosure processes on active foreclosure files, in client sites
• Work on client site processes through all stages of foreclosure
• Monitor, reproject, and complete document processes for affidavits, loss mitigation packages, consent judgments
• Serve as a client liaison between attorney and clients on foreclosure files
• Notify key member of management when stagnant files are discovered to assist in pushing them forward
