Qualifications

• Minimum of one year legal administrative experience.
• Foreclosure hearing coordination experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Paralegal Certification is optional.

Responsibilities

• Schedule hearings, mediations, and related events in a timely manner for foreclosure, litigation, and mediation departments.
• Ensure hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, etc. are added to the diary in the firm system.
• Maintain records of hearing dates/times and attorney coverage in the firm system.
• Communicate with judicial assistants to obtain hearing dates and coordinate with opposing/defense counsel and pro se defendants as needed.
• Coordinate with the caseload attorney and paralegals and provide assistance as required.
• Communicate with local counsel coverage attorney as needed.
• Possess basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
