Qualifications

• One year of law firm foreclosure experience or equivalent.
• Document preparation including Notices of Sale and Deeds.
• Experience with Loansphere/BKFS/ICE systems.
• Creative problem solving and initiative with sound judgment.
• Strong computer/office skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to manage workflow under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Foreclosure Law.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan-level desktop reviews and prioritize workload.
• Communicate with courts, clients and opposing counsel.
• Manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks.
• Update internal systems with findings and recommendations.
• Draft and record legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure-related requirements at local/state/federal levels.
